You're Invited

You're not just welcomed. You're wanted.

3 Steps For Your First Visit

You're invited to celebrate Jesus with us! No matter who you are, you're welcome.

You're invited to celebrate Jesus with us! No matter who you are, you're welcome.

Perhaps you have never been to church before.

Perhaps you usually attend a Catholic church.

Perhaps you think you are the type of person not welcome in a church.

Step One: Find An Event That Works For You

We have many events through the week. Some of them are our Sunday worship services, while others are more social.

Step Three: What About My Children?

Children are welcome in our worship services! God is for children as much as for adults, so our worship services are organized the same way. Simply allow them to stay with you during worship.

However, we know that many parents of small children prefer a place to take their young ones if they are wiggly. We also have a nursery room set up for parents. Parents decide where their children go.

Common Questions

When you come, you will see people wearing shorts and T-shirts as well as people wearing button-up shirts or dresses. However you dress is fine. We believe people are more important than their clothes.

We aim for a one hour worship service. Truthfully, we often go over by a few minutes. However, we are always done within an hour and fifteen minutes.

No, there is no charge to attend. People who attend regularly often donate to help fund the costs of running a church. However, you should feel free to simply ignore that. No one expects you to donate.

Each branch of Christianity thinks about this a bit differently. In some Christian denominations, only baptized Christians can take communion. In others, you must be baptized, and part of their specific church!

For us, as United Methodists, we celebrate "an open communion table." That means everyone is invited to Communion. We believe communion is one place where Jesus meets us, even though it is sometimes difficult to say exactly how Jesus meets us here. However, we believe this is a gift available to all humans. Feel free to join in Communion, if you wish.
